Each of the following food packages include:
Four hours of open bar of beer, wine, liquor, soda, coffee, and hot tea station.
The first hour of open bar is during cocktail hour, and the remaining three hours after dinner (bar is closed during dinner in order to facilitate dinner service).
Liquor (Rotating): Titos, Bacardi, Tanqueray, Hendrick’s, Captain Morgan, Jack Daniels, Johnny Walker, Dewer’s, Belvedere, Malibu
Beer: A variety of local and national brands in cans and bottles
Wine: Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Moscato, Cabernet Sauvignon, 19 Crimes Red Blend, 19 Crimes Rose
Additional beers, wines, or liquor brands may be available upon request/availability
All bar beverages are served in disposable ware, not glassware

Weekend Property Rental: $5,450
1 Day Barn Rental Only: $3,500 (select Saturdays available)
Food and Beverage Minimum: $4,700
Standard Deposit: $1,800
50% of your Estimated Balance is due 12 Weeks prior to your event.
The Remainder of your balance and final guest count is due 14 days prior to your event
All pricing is plus 20% administrative Fee and 8% NYS Tax
(Gratuity is at client’s discretion)

Under NYS Law we do not permit leftovers or to-go containers. All desserts must be from a licensed vendor and cannot be homemade. You may provide boxes for your leftover desserts.
